There's something very innocent and sweet about this - the model's ambiguous facial expression, the doll. The styling is interesting, kind of old fashioned but instantly identifiable as being of a specific time. The gorgeous blue fabric of the skirt is a wonderfully modern touch.

This makes me think of a grown-up woman coming back to her childhood home which has long since been closed up and fallen derelict. Or perhaps a ghost visiting a place where she was happy in life, gathering emotional energy to take on a solid form. I'm probably reading way too much into this!

My only suggestion is compositional and probably completely useless since the picture has already been taken and processed. Because of the symmetry of the setting, I think it would have more impact if the model was placed exactly in the middle of the doorway. But it's not a big thing at all and the over-all effect of the image is lovely.
